A vibrant, flavor-packed salad with three Rendezvous products.
Ingredients:
Makes 1 entree-sized serving
- 1 8-ounce salmon fillet, cubed
- 1/4 cup Rendezvous original sauce
- 1 cup romaine hearts
- 1 egg, soft boiled
- 1/2 cup snap peas or green beans, blanched
- 1/2 cup baby potatoes, blanched
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Rendezvous Famous seasoning
Vinaigrette:
- 1/2 teaspoon Rendezvous Greek seasoning
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions:
- Toss cubed salmon in barbecue sauce and transfer to the air fryer
- Cook at 390F for 8 minutes
- While the salmon cooks, whisk dressing ingredients
- Arrange romaine with potatoes, snap peas, egg, tomatoes, and salmon
- Sprinkle with Rendezvous Famous seasoning
- Dress with vinaigrette and serve
