We’ve bottled what we believe to be the perfect ratio of salt and pepper—and some other spices in the mix—so you don’t even have to think about it at home. Our blend, created by the late Nick Vergos, is used to smoke the restaurant’s pork shoulder and beef brisket, but we think it’s good on anything, really.
