Let us ship some of our World-Famous Rendezvous Ribs to you, your friends, family, clients, co-workers, whomever. This 2-slab box of ribs is shipped to you overnight directly from our kitchen in Memphis. These 2 slabs can feed an ordinary family of four or an extra-hungry couple of adults.

Our Shipping Process
How do we package and ship?
We take pride in packaging and delivering your order.
We ship all of our perishable items in custom designed cardboard boxes. These inner and outer boxes insulate and protect your food in transit.
All perishable items ship FedEx Priority Overnight. Our Ribs and Shoulder leave our Downtown Memphis U.S.D.A. Kitchen fully-cooked and frozen. We pack each box with dry ice & ice packs. Be careful not to touch any dry ice when unpacking.
At this time, FedEx is experiencing higher than normal volumes so delivery dates are not guaranteed.
When will I get it?
You will choose a delivery date during checkout. Rib, shoulder and nacho orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2 PM CT can deliver the following day (excludes holidays and peak season). You can schedule your delivery for the next available day or up to 30 days in advance. Saturday delivery is available in select locations for an extra $15.00. Non-perishable orders (sauces, seasoning or shirts) ship FedEx Ground or Smart Post. Guaranteed arrival within 2-7 business days.

Exclusions & Surcharge
We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O, F.P.O., or outside of the United States. Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska are subject to a $25.00 surcharge. Saturday delivery is also an extra $15.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. IF RIBS ARE STILL FROZEN, ALLOW RIBS TO THAW BEFORE REHEATING.
2. REHEAT ON EITHER YOUR GRILL OR IN THE OVEN.
Preheat oven to around 325 degrees.
3. LOOSELY WRAP THE RIBS IN FOIL.
Place them in the oven or on the grill (indirect heat) for about
20 minutes or until hot enough to eat.
Remember you are simply reheating – not cooking them.
4. WHILE HEATING THE RIBS, HEAT UP A SMALL POT WITH THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS TO USE AS A BASTING SOLUTION:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup Rendezvous Barbecue Sauce
3 T Rendezvous Famous Seasoning
This is enough basting solution for 2 slabs of ribs. Multiply accordingly as needed.
5. BASTE WHILE REHEATING AND AGAIN WHEN FINISHED.
Then sprinkle with Rendezvous Famous Seasoning and serve. You can add additional Rendezvous Barbecue Sauce as desired. If neither a grill nor an oven is available, you can use your microwave to reheat. Heat in 2 minute intervals until warm enough to eat.
6. TO SERVE, CUT THE RIBS ALONG THE BONE TO ENSURE ALL OF THE MEAT IS ON ONE SIDE.
Our Ribs Are Fully Cooked & Seasoned
How many people does one slab feed?
Each slab contains 12-14 bones. One slab can feed up to 2 people.
What should I serve with the ribs and shoulder?
We suggest our mustard-based coleslaw and our barbecue baked beans.
Can I refreeze the ribs once they have been delivered to my house?
For optimal taste and quality, it is best not to refreeze.
How long are the ribs good in the fridge?
Up to 7 days.
How long does it take for the ribs to thaw out?
If still completely frozen, could take up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Are these ribs dry?
No, our ribs are as moist as they come. The ribs are fully-cooked in our pits, basted with our basting juice, seasoned and then frozen. Each box includes a bottle of our barbecue sauce, a bottle of our barbecue seasoning, and easy instructions to make your own baste - so you can prepare the ribs to your liking.
How is the meat packaged?
Each slab of ribs is vacuum-sealed and packed in a cardboard corrugated box that includes ice gel packs and dry ice. If your package still has a bit of dry ice in it when it arrives, please carefully discard the dry ice once the box is opened. Use protective gloves or potholders to remove the dry ice.
What if the vacuum seal is broken?
In rare occasions, a slab of ribs will be delivered with a broken vacuum seal causing air pockets to leak in under the plastic but the meat is still perfectly good to reheat and consume. The air is due to a micro-abrasion forming while in transit from the rocking of the plane, truck, or delivery handler. We only vacuum pack the ribs to seal in the juices and flavor for as long as possible before reheating. As long as the meat arrived cold - even with the broken vacuum seal - it is good to let thaw in the fridge and reheat within seven days.
