Pork Shoulder: This slow-smoked pork shoulder is shipped to you overnight directly from our kitchen in Memphis. Each 2lb tub can make 6-8 sandwiches. Don’t forget to order some of our unique mustard-based slaw to make the perfect barbecue sandwich.

Rendezvous Ribs: We’ve been cooking our ribs the same way now for over 70 years. Charcoal broiled and basted in our Downtown Memphis Pits. Our ribs ship overnight, fully cooked, frozen, and packed on dry ice.
