Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and skewered
- 1/2 cup Rendezvous Marinade
- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Rendezvous Original Sauce
- 1/2 cup instant grits
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Rendezvous Famous Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Kernels of 2 ears cooked corn
- Rendezvous Famous Seasoning and fresh thyme, to garnish
Instructions:
- In a shallow dish, place shrimp skewers in an even layer.
- Cover with Rendezvous marinade and evenly coat the shrimp.
- Marinate for minimum 30 minutes or refrigerated overnight.
- Heat an oiled grill pan over medium high heat.
- Cooked shrimp for 3 minutes per side, brushing with Rendezvous sauce.
- Meanwhile, prepare instant grits according to instructions with chicken broth.
- Stir butter, Rendezvous seasoning, and corn into cooked grits.
- Divide among 4 plates.
- Top with shrimp.
- Season with additional Rendezvous seasoning and fresh herbs to serve.
