- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 tbsp Rendezvous seasoning
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- In a small frying pan over high heat, add olive oil and crack your egg into the pan.
- Season each egg with rendezvous seasoning and top with shredded cheese. After about 1 minute, flip the egg. Top the egg with rendezvous seasoning and shredded cheese again.
- Flip once the cheese becomes brown and crispy. Cook for another minute and serve warm.
