Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2 tsp Rendezvous Bbq Seasoning
- 2 tsp pickled jalapeños, chopped
- 1.5 cup pulled pork
- 1/2 cup Rendezvous Bbq Sauce
- 1/3 cup Pancho’s Original Queso
- Handful of shredded Mexican cheese blend
- Fritos or tortilla chips for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, bbq seasoning, and chopped jalapeño’s. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
- In a bowl, toss pulled pork in bbq sauce. Next, spread the bbq pulled pork on top of the cream cheese mixture in the baking dish.
- Drizzle cheese dip on top of the pulled pork, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and top with a few pickled jalapeños.
- Place in the oven to bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
- Serve warm with chips of choice!
