Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked short-cut pasta
- 1/2 cup mini mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped olives
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs
- 1 heaping teaspoon Greek seasoning
- 1/3 cup good olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- *Optional* Make it creamy with 1/4 cup Greek yogurt!
