Rendezvous Corn Ribs

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425F — or preheat a charcoal grill.
  2. Using a sharp knife, trim off both ends of each ear of corn to expose the cob.
  3. Carefully cut corn in half down the exact center of the cob, rocking the knife while applying downward pressure.
  4. Cut into quarters using the same method. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  5. Drizzle oil over corn; sprinkle with Rendezvous seasoning. Toss well, spreading spices and oil evenly on the corn.
  6. Place ribs on the grill or in the oven on a baking sheet and cook until charred. Broil on high until the corn is browned in spots.
  7. Remove and brush with Rendezvous sauce like a glaze.
  8. Sprinkle with more Rendezvous seasoning and serve.
