Turn up the flavor of your deviled eggs this Spring — Subtly smoky and just the right amount of spice to give your batch a bold bite.
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp Rendezvous BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp Rendezvous seasoning, plus extra to garnish
- Pinch sea salt, to garnish
- Chives, to garnish
Instructions:
- Bring water to a boil.
- Remove pot from heat to add eggs (this avoids splattering!).
- Return to heat and set timer for 13 minutes.
- Prepare an ice bath. Once time is up, transfer boiled eggs to ice bath.
- Once eggs have chilled, gently crack and remove shells while running under water.
- Slice eggs in half and scoop yolks into a small bowl.
- Add mayo, BBQ sauce, mustard, and Rendezvous seasoning.
- Stir until well combined.
- Transfer to a piping bag and fill the egg whites.
- Garnish with Rendezvous seasoning, sea salt, and chives. Enjoy!
