- 1 cup raw unsalted cashews
- 1 teaspoon Rendezvous seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Flaky sea salt
- Preheat oven to 350F. Place cashews on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Stir oil, honey and seasoning. Use a pastry brush to coat the cashews with the honey mixture. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring cashews halfway through. Remove and sprinkle with sea salt. Allow to completely cool before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
