“This is my favorite corn to serve with the ribs that will be the next recipe I share.”
- Corn with the husk on
- 2 sticks of butter
- 4 tangerines
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- Tropical seasonings (Use your favorite. Robert used lime pepper, mango rub, and orange rub)
- Rendezvous Seasoning
-Pull back husks of corn leaving them attached. Remove the silks and close the husks back over the corn.
-Place corn on grill over medium-high heat.
-Check and turn the corn every 5-10 mins until all sides are cooked
-Squeeze 4 tangerines, 1 lime, and 1 lemon into the pan
-Melt 2 sticks of butter
-Add tropical seasonings to taste
-Add Rendezvous seasoning to taste
-Heat until butter melted
-Once cooked on all sizes, remove corn from the grill.
-Pull husks back.
-Spoon corn sauce over corn.
-Sprinkle Rendezvous seasoning on to finish.
