Mustard Based Slaw

Our mustard-vinegar based Coleslaw is a 100 year old Vergos family recipe.  Charlie Vergos’ father used to serve the slaw on hot dogs at his stand on Beale Street.  Our slaw is the perfect addition to a pork shoulder sandwich. It’s also a great side with our ribs and other combination meals. Typical serving size is around 4 oz. so a pint will usually feed 4-5 people.
